The Laser Cutting A+B Intelligent Subsystem showcased by Empower at this exhibition combines the vortex series intelligent cutting heads with Empower's laser cutting CNC system. Utilizing self-developed core algorithms and key components, it enhances processing speed while ensuring machining accuracy. The system also supports high-quality cutting of ultra-thick plates and irregular materials, meeting the demands of high-end manufacturing across multiple industries.

Additionally, the EDK2025 Cutting System exhibited this time integrates functions such as a mobile app and cloud-based nesting, making it suitable for desktop and small to medium-sized cutting, welding, and other equipment applications. It can replace existing embedded cutting systems like plasma or flame cutting and is ideal for various sheet metal processing, prototyping, welding, and other scenarios. The integrated frameless motor direct‑drive follow‑up axis with full closed‑loop control delivers higher precision and faster speeds. Built‑in pneumatic braking and anti‑collision systems ensure enhanced safety and reliability. Paired with the system, it enables multi‑angle cutting of various 3D workpieces, ensuring high‑precision processing of complex curved surfaces.
