XW100 Flat Welding System
XW100 is a software developed for sheet metal welding.Mainly used in sheet metal welding, stationery cabinet welding and other application scenarios.Support XYZ, exchange table and other platform processing.Applicable to various laser welding models, supports PSO teaching and other functions, and is widely used in new energy and other industries.

- Supports a variety of lasers, including continuous, quasi-continuous fiber lasers and diode lasers. It also supports dual lasers to achieve composite process welding;
- Meet the process requirements such as matching laser power with processing speed, slow change of welding start and end power, etc.
- Equipped with 4/5-axis linkage control, it can form different coordinate system configurations;

Features
Drawing programming method:
Friendly teaching interaction: supports functions such as straight line, circle, arc, laser on, laser off, IO control, waiting for instructions, etc., allowing users to perform programming operations conveniently;
Rich file support: Rich processing file support, including G code, DXF, PLT and other processing files, which facilitates users to import and use existing graphic files and improve programming efficiency.
Welding process control:
Layer management: The software contains 9 layers, and users can perform corresponding operations and settings on different layers, which is convenient for hierarchical management and control of welding processes;
Laser power control: accurately control the output power of the laser and monitor the laser feedback power to meet the needs of different welding processes;
Protective gas control: control the flow rate, pressure and other parameters of the shielding gas to ensure the protection effect of the workpiece during welding;
Slow start and slow end control: realize the slow start and slow end of laser power at the start and end of the weld, and can be set in multiple stages to reduce the occurrence of welding defects and improve welding quality;
Corner power control: optimize the welding power at the corners, making the welding more stable at the corners and improving the welding quality;
Wire feeding process control: control the wire feeding speed, wire feeding amount and other parameters to ensure the stability and accuracy of wire feeding and improve welding quality;
Wobble head control: Precisely control the motion trajectory, wobble frequency, wobble range and other parameters of the wobble head to meet the requirements of different welding processes and improve the flexibility and adaptability of welding.
Intelligent IO monitoring:
Fully monitor IO status, including various limit signals, alarm input and output signals, etc., to ensure safe and reliable operation of the system and timely detect and handle abnormal situations.
Alarm log export function:
The alarm log can be exported as a file, providing data support for operators and making it easier for users to analyze and handle faults.
